The reason why I say this is because out of any of the other snorkeling places i've been too, this is the place where i have seen the most fish of many different species and the water is absolutely beautiful! You will find schools of yellow and black stripped sergeant fish through coral formations, angel fish, groupers, and rainbow-colored parrot fish... its great. oh, and getting to cozumel is really easy. its a short ferry ride away from downtown playa del carmen.
